Relationship Management messages can be added on various SFC forms:

The person who normally fills in SFC data is the planner specified on the Logistics tab in the Parts module for the part created under the production order. You can select a different employee as long as this employee is listed on the Employees form and active (the Obsolete check box is empty). Click the employee's image to choose another employee. Note: If you change the person responsible for a message, also the assignee of the underlying actions will be modified, provided that the assignee is the same person as the person responsible. If an action line has a different assignee, because you changed it manually, that person will not be modified. Tip: When changing the person responsible, you can find the right person quickly by entering part of his or her name in the search field at the bottom of the form. You can also filter the list of employees by department by clicking 'All departments' (or, if a department is already displayed, by clicking the department name) on the left-hand side of the form, and selecting the department. |

If Isah has been configured to automatically create actions when messages are added, these actions are immediately displayed in SFC. Provided that you have the appropriate rights ('Create actions'), you can add actions yourself. |

The person who is to perform the action is the person specified as the person responsible in the message. If you change the person responsible in the message, also the action assignee will change, provided that this is the same person as the person responsible. To change the action assignee from this default person, specify a different assignee on the action line. Click the employee's photo. As for the person responsible, you can use the search option and the department filter to find the person you are looking for. |

Click Save message. The message is sent to Isah, and then removed from SFC. The message is displayed on various Relationship Management forms in Isah:

Note: When you add a message to SFC, one or more actions may appear below it. This is controlled by settings configured in Isah. If in Isah one or more action types have been defined for the Relationship Management type of your message, those action types will be displayed with the message. They are actions that must always be performed when certain messages come in, for example 'Call back' in the case of a complaint. You cannot delete any of the actions automatically displayed for a message; you can only change the person who has to perform the action (the 'assignee'). Click the employee's photo.
