Adding an action to a Relationship Management message

Actions can only be added to a Relationship Management message that has already been added.

 

Note: When you add a message to SFC, one or more actions may appear below it. This is controlled by settings configured in Isah. If in Isah one or more action types have been defined for the Relationship Management type of your message, those action types will be displayed with the message. They are actions that must always be performed when certain messages come in, for example 'Call back' in the case of a complaint. You cannot delete any of the actions automatically displayed for a message; you can only change the person who has to perform the action (the 'assignee'). Click the employee's photo.

Adding a line

Click this button to add an action to the message. Then specify an action and an assignee, and enter a memo text (if required).

 

The person responsible assigned to the message will automatically be the person shown under 'To be performed by'. You can choose another person, if necessary. Click the employee's photo.

Note: If you change the person responsible for a message, also the assignee of the underlying actions will be modified, provided that the assignee is the same person as the person responsible. If an action line has a different assignee, because you changed it manually, that person will not be modified.

Note: To add actions to a message, you need the appropriate rights.
