This setting applies to the entry of hours in the Time Registration module. Use this field to set how users are to enter start and end times when entering hours. You can choose from:

• Hours: minutes (clock times)
• Hours, hundredths of hours

You can always change this field, even if Isah is already used in your company.

If you register activities in Isah Time Registration, Isah does not take this setting into account. In Isah TR, employees are always allowed to register activities to an alternative schedule, even if the setting in this field is deactivated. This is necessary, because an employee with a fixed hour table won't be able to register their activities in isah Time Registration otherwise.

It is possible to create applications for a leave of absence in Isah TR. Managers can then authorize these applications or deny them. If employees take leave in a certain period, this will have an effect on the available capacity in that period. Isah TR will take this into account when calculating the available capacity.

Use the field Only use authorized leave applications when calculating capacity to make a distinction between leave applications that have been authorized, and leave applications that still need to be decided on. Activate it and Isah TR will ignore leave applications that have not been authorized yet. Leave it empty to take all leave applications into account.
