Checklist

Use the checklist below to quickly check whether the integration module was installed successfully and whether the settings in IDEP are correct.

Isah

1. Can you start the IDEP integration module? To check this, navigate to the Sales offers and orders form, General tab, Edit menu, CBS Intrastat declaration.
2. Check that Isah contains the following scripts:
   • BSS_001001
   • BSS_001002
   • BSS_001003
   • BSS_001004
   • BSS_001CF1

   To do so, navigate to the General module, and open the Scripts form.

3. Check that the With CBS code preset is present on the Countries form.
4. If you have not specified any ISO country codes yet, a message will appear when you call the With CBS code preset. If this message appears, navigate to the Countries form, Edit menu, CBS Intrastat country codes, and specify the country codes.
5. Make sure that in the Parts module, all statistical numbers have been entered.
6. Make sure that in the Customers module, you have registered the party responsible for providing information (customer '99999' with its own VAT number).
7. Check that for all relevant parts on the Parts form, you have entered the weight per part, purchase unit and sales unit. Don't forget to check this for dummy parts.
8. Check the Currencies form to see whether the correct exchange rates have been entered.
9. On the Countries form, check for each country whether it is marked as a EU country or not.
10. Check the setting of the configuration script to be used to calculate the weight of sales and purchase parts.
