Creating the declaration

Your company may be required to submit import declarations, export declarations, or both. Isah creates one XML file for the declaration, which contains both types of declaration (where applicable).

In some periods you may not have any declaration data for imports, exports or either, even though you normally submit declaration for them. In that case, Isah will record in the declaration XML file that the declaration is 'nil', as Intrastat requires you to report nil declarations as well.
