Having the work approved by the customer

After you have finalized a task, you can have it approved by the customer.

MFS: Approval from customer

Click this icon to open a form listing the details from the Registrations form. The information shown includes the registered time and the parts used.

 

Note: You may not see the time and parts, as this functionality can be disabled in Isah Configuration.

MFS: Choose language

The task sign-off form can be displayed in a different language, which allows customers who speak a different language to understand the information. To change the language, click one of the language buttons on the toolbar.

You can add a comment.

 

At the bottom of the form, space is provided for a signature. If a contact is known, the name of this contact and the email address (if known) will be filled in. The software uses a search path to retrieve the contact from Isah.

You can change the name and the email address, if required. It is also possible to enter multiple email addresses, separated by a semicolon. Isah MFS will mail the signed service task to all of the addresses you enter.

Send details in the email

Any emails sent are displayed on the Documents sent form.

Delete

To correct the signature, click this icon to delete it. You can do so as long as the signature has not been saved.

TR: Delete leave

Click this icon to cancel the input.

TR: Save

Click this icon to save the data. You cannot save the details until a name has been filled in and a signature has been placed.

The task status has now changed to 'Approved by customer'.

Note: Before you can use the 'Approved by customer' or 'Closed' status, you must finalize the task.
