Use the Week reports menu item to navigate to the employee whose week report you want to view. The menu lists the employees who are your direct reports. |

This person is a manager who has subordinates. Click the name of the manager to open his week report. Click the icon to open the list of subordinates. You can only do this if you have the appropriate rights. |
This person does not have any subordinates. Click the icon or the name of the person to open his week report. |
The colors of this icon on the week bar indicate the status of the week report authorization. Click it to see the authorization progress and any overtime. The information shows who authorized the item and when. If only the first check mark is blue, the week report was authorized by the employee, but not by you (the employee's manager). |
Click this icon if you detect an issue in the week report that should be corrected by the employee. A window will appear in which you can reject the week report. |
A window displays any comments added to this week report. You may add a new comment to explain why you have rejected the week report. |
Click Cancel to close the window without rejecting the week report. This will not change the status of the week report. |
Click Save to save the rejection and any newly added comments. Isah TR will now remove the employee's authorization of the week report. The week report will then reappear in the employee's list of week reports to be authorized. |
Note: You can still reject a week report after you have authorized it. In that case, no window will appear for you to add any comments. Fully authorized week reports can be rejected only as long as the hours have not yet been processed in Isah.
