Isah uses standard texts for e-mail notifications. If you want to use your own texts for one or more notifications, create them in Isah Base texts and select them in the fields below. Only texts available in Isah Base texts can be selected.
Employee
Specify the text in the email that is sent when an employee has overdue week reports.

Specify the text that should be e-mailed to an employee when their manager has rejected their week report, so they know they need to correct their hours and submit a new week report for approval.
Manager added remark to week report
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to an employee when their manager has added a remark to their week report.
Employee responsible for hours rejected time registration
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to an employee when the person responsible for (some of) their time registration, for instance the manager of a certain project, has rejected the hours for that project in their week report. The employee then needs to correct their hours and submit a new week report for approval.
Leave request status has changed
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to an employee when the status of their leave request has changed, for instance if their manager has approved their request.
Manager
Specify the text in the email that is sent to a manager when one of their employees has overdue week reports. Texts can be created in Isah Base texts.

Employee authorized week report
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has authorized a week report, so the manager knows there is a new week report to check.
Employee removed authorization week report
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has removed the authorization of their week report, for instance if they made a mistake and are correcting the hours.
Employee authorized end-of-month week report
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has authorized a split week report. Split week reports are important for the financial close of the month, and the manager will need to authorize them as soon as possible.
Employee added remark to week report
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has added a remark to their week report.
Employee created leave request
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has created a leave request.
Leave request status has changed
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a manager when an employee has changed the status of their leave request, for instance if they cancel it.
Employees responsible for hours
New hours available for authorization
Specify the text that should be e-mailed to a person who is responsible for hours in certain projects when an employee has authorized a week report with hours for them to check.
