New fields on the Parts form

The following fields have been added to the Parts form:

• Part status. See also Using part statuses.
• Template. The Parts form now also has the preset 'Template part', which displays all parts marked as template parts.
• Person responsible
• Base part The Parts form also has the preset 'Base part', which displays all parts marked as base parts.
• Show phantom. Also see New method of displaying phantoms.

To accommodate the new fields on the Calculation/production tab, the Warning code and Warning date fields have been merged into a single Warning/date field.
