SE factorThe SE factor is mainly used by sheltered employment and rehabilitation organizations. If this check box is selected, a number of additional fields are available on the calculation forms:
Calculations can consist of multiple calculation lines, which are numbered automatically. Use the Increment line numbers by field to enter the multiple to be used. For example, enter '5' if you want calculation line numbers to always be multiples of five. If you expect to add many calculation lines later, you are recommended to choose a high incrementation value.
When entering a calculation line, you can still change the number that has been assigned automatically.
Purchase price list priority for preliminary costing
Use this parameter to specify whether a purchase price list is to be used in calculations, and if so, the priority of the price list. To do so, use the purchase part groups and the financial part group in the Parts module. The 'Financial part group' is the part group entered on the Financial tab of the Parts form.; the purchase part group has been entered in the Purchase group Purchase field on the Purchase tab.

Use this parameter to indicate whether a calculation price list is to be used in calculations, and if so, to specify the priority to be given to the price list. To do so, use the engineering part group and the financial part group in the Parts module. The 'Financial part group' is the part group entered on the Financial tab of the Parts form.; the engineering group has been entered on the Calculation/production tab.
Default price list for preliminary costing
Use this field to enter the price list to be used as the default calculation price list. This price list is used if the following two conditions are true:
Labor time equals machine time
If this check box is selected, the labor time in calculations always equals the machine time. In this case, the Labor time field cannot be changed manually.
