Active task

The Active task form displays the task that currently has an active hour line: you have started the task by starting your journey or the work, and the status you have clicked has triggered an hour line. If no hour line is active, the Active task form is not accessible. Only one task can be active at a time.

MFS: Hour line

On the tasks form, an active task has a Time Registration icon.

The Active task form also provides access to the other tabs corresponding to the task. For more information about these tabs, see the Tasks form.

Note: No matter what task you select on the tasks form, if you click Active task, you will jump to the task for which time is currently being registered. This means the task you jump to may be different from the task you selected.

Time Registration

The Active task form allows you to stop the current task for time registration purposes. The total time that has elapsed since the line was started will then be the total time worked as shown on the relevant hour line. Stopping an hour line does not affect the status of the task. To change the status as well, you need to do that separately.

If you stop the hour line, the hour line will appear on the Registrations form, where you can change or delete it, if necessary.
